Your First Call
On your first phone call, you will be assisted by our wonderful front desk staff. They will gather some useful information regarding your condition as well as any insurance information. They will then schedule you for a free consultation with the doctor. This visit allows you to come into our office and speak to the doctor about your specific health concerns.
Consultation
When you arrive into our office you'll be greeted by one of our caring and friendly staff members. One of them will welcome you and give you a brief tour of the office. Once the tour has concluded you will be guided in to speak to the doctor.
Typically during this visit you will have a lot of questions for the doctor and in turn the doctor will have a lot of questions for you. At the end of this conversation both you and the doctor will mutually agree on the next step. The next step maybe a referral to another doctor or it maybe further testing to find out specific Answers! to your condition.
Examination
Once you have spoke with the doctor and you're ready to find Answers! we'll start the process of gathering information; which includes:
Initial Evaluation - this is a neurological, orthopedic, and postural exam performed to determine where your health is and what other tests might be needed to find Answers!.
Medical Records - will be requested from ALL healthcare practitioners i.e. Primary Care Physician, Nutritionist, Physical Therapist and other specialty doctors (Neurologist, Orthopedist, Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Osteopathic, Endocrinologist, Gastroenterologist, Obstetrician and etc.) involved with your condition(s).
Depending on your specific condition these additional tests might be recommended after the Initial Evaluation:
Nervous System Tests - will be recommended if you show signs of neurological imbalances that might be contributing to your health problems.
MRI / CT Imaging - will be recommended if you show signs of a soft tissue damage that might be contributing to your health problems.
X-ray Pictures - will be recommended if you have postural distortions that might be contributing to your health problems.
Lab Tests - (blood, urine, saliva, fecal or hair analysis) will be recommended if you show signs of cellular imbalances that might be contributing to your health problems.
Report of Findings
Once the information is collected, the doctor will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions.
After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your overall health, the doctor will discuss recommendations, if we will be able to accept you as a patient and where we need to go from here.
